  May i ask how long you have been in the industry for? Any qualified professional would be well aware of the fact a Form 2 MUST be issued on the 16th day. If you neglect to follow this process you will void any insurance claim as you have not met the protocol and SACAT wont hear your matter.

  Furthermore, if the maintenance was not completed why did you not serve a Form 4 on the landlord? Where you unaware you could do this?

  I must first state that I haven't had an Interaction with Altus however I was thinking of renting through this property management group, however after the negative reviews I had second thoughts. The good reviews appear to be faked or made up as they are written very similar and their good profiles were created the same day as the posting; the fact that the property manager herself Lisa Kotsano had rated 5 stars herself just to bring the rating up. Thanks to the honest postings to save the trouble. This company has a long way to go it seems with a public relations and the handling of social media.

  The experience with Altus so far has been wonderful, not one bad experience or complaint to make. The whole team is positive and as you walk through the door, you are met by a smile and a positive attitude from all of them. Have always been able to contact Lisa Kotsano whenever I have needed to. If you have a problem she goes out of her way to solve the issue and make sure everything is fine afterwards. She is hard working, smart, determined in everything she does and such a friendly person overall. Lisa is the best Property manager that there is around and I’m glad I am going through Altus. Would definitely recommend going through Altus for anything that you need.

  I am also a property manager and a tenant of Altus. They have been nothing but professional and have provided strong knowledge of the RTT Legislation. Unfortunately something a lot of property managers fail to have these days.

  I liaised with my property manager regarding rent arrears but a Form 2 was issued regardless.

  EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION and some clauses of their tenancy agreements were inconsistent with The Residential Tenancies Act.

  We have two properties managed by Altus. If you are looking for a manager who is on the ball, tenacious and not intimidated by those 'delightful' tenants then I highly recommend Lisa Kosano and her team...They are amazing.
