  The first time I ever dyed my hair was at this place. Can say it was by far the most horrible experience of my life with a hair salon. I rate it one star because of poor customer service with the way I was treated, my hair turned out dreadful and nothing like what I asked for. I asked for a blonde balayage and showed a picture, it was rushed, I started to get concerned with the way she was doing it and the lady basically told me she didn't know how to do the balayage look, she "does it a different way". When I tried to make a complaint on Facebook it got deleted straight away, then followed through with making the complaint to the salon and nothing was done about it. Never again will I come back there and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!

  Friendly staff! Went there the first time last week and Alice did my hair. Such a sweet woman with a great personality! Would definitely come back!
